As a registered charity OvaCare understands the importance of rigorous, transparent governance both to engender confidence in our supporters and to ensure that our resources are expended in a manner that ensures the best possible outcomes for our patients and families. OvaCare is fully compliant with the requirements of the charities regulators governance code.

Data Protection

Everyone has rights with regard to how their personal information is handled. During the course of our activities at OvaCare we will collect, store and process personal information and we recognise the need to treat it in an appropriate and lawful manner and in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.

Volunteer

Volunteering is a great way to share your enthusiasm, skills and ideas whilst having fun and meeting like-minded people. By volunteering for OvaCare you will be making a positive contribution to community development in our area. Volunteers are vital to our work.

Complaints

OvaCare welcomes comments and suggestions about how it can improve its work. All communications of this type will be dealt with sensitively within one working day of the complaint form being received and will be resolved in a timely manner and in a manner that maintains the integrity of our organisations ethos and objectives.
